About Me

About Navya

At 16, while most teens were perfecting their social media presence, I was writing a book about why we shouldn't care so much about likes and follows. I'm a professional overthinker and occasional philosopher who somehow found time between school assignments and exams to share my journey.

Growing up in a world of constant pressure to achieve, conform, and succeed, I found myself wondering if there was another way to measure a life well-lived. My conversations with my grandfather (the wisest person I know) led me to explore mindfulness, purpose, and the true meaning of success.

"We're all just trying to figure out this thing called life. I'm just writing down the journey as I go."

When I'm not writing or studying, you'll find me convincing my friends to try meditation (or at least attempt it without falling asleep), reading philosophy books that most teenagers avoid, and working on my next project—figuring out if anyone has actually cracked the meaning of life.
